Makes 4 servings100g rocket washed & spun-dried
2 tbsp dried cranberries
2 tbsp roasted pistachios
caramelised balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Place rocket into a bowl. Sprinkle over dried cranberries and roasted pistachios. Drizzle with a little caramelised balsamic vinegar.
- Toss lightly. Serve and enjoy!
